Adding a Promo Code on ParkMobile:

Follow these simple steps to apply a promo code in the ParkMobile app:

1. Open the ParkMobile app on your mobile device.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Navigate to the “Settings” section, usually located in the bottom navigation bar.
4. Look for the option “Promotion Codes”.
5. Tap “Add New” and enter the Promotion Code.
6. Confirm the promo code by tapping “Apply” or “Add” and save your changes.

Extending Parking Time with a Promo Code:

To increase your parking duration, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to your existing parking session.
2. Click on the “Extend” option.
3. Opt for your preferred time extension method: either “By the Hour and Minutes” or “Maximum Parking Time”.
4. Choose the desired extension duration and click “Extend”.
5. The promo code you previously entered will cover 1.5 hours of parking. If your time extension exceeds 1.5 hours, the remaining amount will be charged to your credit card on file.
