The region of Hunan in Southeast China is famous for its aromatic and spicy flavor — pepper being the most important condiment. Some of the more popular dishes on the menu include pan-fried black pepper pork, Hunan hot and sour beef, and plenty of vegetarian choices such as spicy and sour stir-fried shredded potatoes and mapo tofu. Fusion favorites, like orange shrimp, sesame chicken, and broccoli beef, are also available. Some unique snacks and drinks are offered to enrich your dining experience.”
