Front of House Team Members
- Work in a welcoming and friendly environment for everyone to deliver best in class service.
- Greet all customers politely and respectfully.
- Transfers orders to the kitchen to ensure timely preparation.
- Monitor orders and ensure their prompt delivery.
- Help package food in boxes and bags.
- Keeps the counter and dining area neat and clean. Sweep and mop the floor.
- Restock napkins, straws, lids, and other supplies in the dining area.
- Transact money from customers and provide correct change.
- Process credit card, debit card, Triton cash, and other transactions.
- Keep track of a cash teller and ensure it is balanced at the end of the shift.
- Works collectively and effectively with the rest of the staff: Restaurant Food Service Manager, cashiers, and cooks.
Back of House (Kitchen) Team Members
- Work in a welcoming and friendly environment for everyone to deliver best in class service.
- Set up, clean, and organize kitchen and work areas.
- Prepare ingredients for the shift. Wash vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.
- Take orders from the electronic system and preparing appropriate dishes.
- Cook according to food health and safety standards under the supervision of the head cook.
- Handle multiple orders concurrently. Ensuring each order is accurate.
- Deliver food order to the front line staff.
- Sanitize and clean workstations, utensils, etc.
- Monitor orders and ensure their prompt delivery.
- Works collectively and effectively with the rest of the staff: Restaurant Food Service Manager, cashiers, and cooks.
